Baking tips
First rule of baking:
Never talk to your sister on the phone when you are supposed to be very closely following a bread dough recipe.
Second rule of baking:
Don't attempt to pull the muffins out of the oven while talking to your sister on the phone. The phone will always fall in the oven.
Third rule of baking:
Never assume that a recipe is 'easy'. It really never is.

ah yes: I too have the NO TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE BAKING rule. Which of course was put in place by learning the hard way.
