Vegetarian chili. I should really post the recipe on Recipe Blog, since I haven't updated it in, oh, a few months? The recipe keeps evolving, but rest assured there are lots o' beans, peppers, and flavor!
sounds delicious. I have yet to make a crock pot meal. However, I did make my first pot roast the other day. It felt like a Sunday. And I felt like a Mother.
